Payment:

Orders must be prepaid by VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover, NO COD's.  Orders for In-stock Items are charged at checkout.  Orders on items with a lead times are charged at time of order, unless other arrangements are made.  Seats are charged when the order gets to the front of the line, and the shop is ready to start on the batch of orders the seat fits into.  If you wish to pay by ACH, check, or money order, please call in your order to 1-800-832-7292 and speak with a sales team member about terms of paying by check or money order.  We DO NOT accept at this time PayPal, Venmo, CashApp or any other payment not listed above.

Hours of Operation:

8 a.m.-5 p.m., CST Monday through Friday. 

We are closed New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day to allow our team to have time with their families on these days.  Orders placed on these days will be processed the following work day.  All inquiries made will be answered ASAP on the following work days.

SHIPPING/Freight:

Orders shipped, with our choice of carrier, daily. All prices F.O.B. our dock in Flint, TX. If you have any problems concerning your order contact us at 1-800-832-7292 within 24 hours. (Monday is ok if order received Friday).  Your shipping address must be correct, any fees incurred due to address correction by UPS/FedEd/USPS will be charged to your card.  Be sure to include any apartment, unit, building, or suite numbers in the address.

Freight Claims:

All damaged or missing items must be reported and noted to carrier at time of delivery. All shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.  Please open all packages before reporting a claim. When reporting damages, take photos and keep all packing materials. 

When ordering clear tearoffs with tinted tearoffs or post, we usually place the tinted tearoffs and/or posts in the box of clear tearoffs.

Some Full containment Seats come with the Head Support Foam in a bag zip-tied to the seat, All cover peices are in a bag in the seat box.  If you chose self powder coat option, snaps, rivets and decals are in with the Head Support Foam, or cover. FC1/FC2 Style Seats will have bolts for assembly in a bag zip-tied to the seat.

Returns:

No returns are allowed without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and Original Invoice. No returns on products that have been installed or worn. Freight on returned items must be prepaid by the customer. No returns after 30 days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any part, which in our opinion appears to be used or mishandled, will not be eligible for exchange or refund. All returns must be in clean, re-sellable condition in original packaging. No returns or refunds on "special order", Custom items, or Closeout parts. Some returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns only accepted from purchases made from Ultra Shield Race Products. If a purchase was made from an Ultra Shield dealer, then the return must go through the dealer.  If returning a seat and cover for any reason, cover must be removed from the seat and bagged on order to prevent damages to cover, any cover damage will be deducted from the return.  Please sit in and try your seat BEFORE mounting, modifying or adding the foam pads.  Any Seat modified or drilled is not eligible for return.  If foam pads are installed or missing they will be deducted from any credit or refund.

Backorders:

All backorders are cancelled unless otherwise notified. If a part is still needed after backordered you must reorder when the item is available. Backorders on closeouts cannot be reordered.

Sponsorships:

Paid sponsorships are not available. We do offer some other types of sponsorship. To be considered for a sponsorship, a professional proposal must be mailed to:
